Limousine Services Terms and Conditions
- Chosen fares are in Bahraini Dinars and include:
- Vehicle and Uniformed- Bilingual- Experienced Chauffeur
- Unlimited Mileage and Fuel
- Kingdom of Saudi Arabia vehicle insurance
- King Fahad Causeway toll charges
- Extra Charges not included:
- Waiting Charges are applicable to the limousine services and are notified during the reservation process.
- The rate as mentioned above is include of the value added tax (VAT).
- Chauffeur overnight expenses during limousine services in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Customers will provide hotel accommodation and meals accordingly with the working hours, considering that the drivers are not allowed to perform the limousine service for more than 10 hours continuous service.
- For trips exceeding 10 Hours another driver will take over as the shift changes and the charges will be 2 multiplied by 10 hours rate.
- Any administration fees required by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia officers at the country borders for passenger’s visa process.
- Reservations , Cancelations and Confirmations policy:
- Reservations are to be made with minimum of 48 hours before the limousine service and availability confirmation shall be received within 24 hours from the booking moment; as limousine services booked are “on request”.
- Confirmation- We Rent A Car reserve the right of denying a limousine service request if the information related to the payment method, including the authorization form, is missing.
- Cancelation of a limousine services will be subject to penalties, as mentioned:
- With 18 hours before the service- free of charge
- With 12 hours before the service- 50% of the total amount will be charged
- Less than 12 hours before the service- entire amount will be charged from customer credit card.
- It is the customer responsibility to ensure they have a valid visa for travel to KSA (out of Kingdom of Bahrain borders).Any cancelations occurred due to customer missing documents (passport/ valid visa for KSA) will be charged with the total amount or non-refundable if payment was made prior to the limousine service.
- Cancelations occurred due to customer behavior and customer integrity (including customer under the effect of alcohol or any other illegal substance that might influence the chauffeur concentration) will be charged with the total amount or non-refundable if payment was made prior to the limousine service.
- Payment of limousine services:
- The following credit cards are accepted: credit cards from internationally recognized credit card companies - such as American Express, Diners, MasterCard and Visa. We do not accept any prepaid cards or debit cards (Visa Electron).
- The passenger must be the owner of the indicated credit card and must be physically present at the time of limousine service to sign an authorization letter for credit card usage. In case, the passenger is not the owner of the credit card, he/she could provide an authorization letter signed by the card owner, using the form sent during the limousine service confirmation process.
- Fares will be charged prior to the limousine service and will be non-refundable if the terms and conditions are breached.
- Airport and/or Location pickups:
- Additional charges may incur for waiting time for arriving flights or location delays. There is no extra charge for the first 30 minutes of delay. After 30 minutes there is an extra BHD 5 charge for every 15 minutes of waiting time.
- For airport pick up We Rent A Car drivers will be waiting the passengers on the arrival terminal and present a welcome board having their names.
- If We Rent A Car drivers are not available, please contact the numbers given upon reservation.
- Complaints:
- We Rent A Car reserves the right to refuse any complaint received after 12 hours from the completion of the service.
- Validity of the fares:
- Fares are not valid during Kingdom of Bahrain special events.
- Governing law and jurisdiction: Limousine services are governed by the law and the judicial jurisdiction of Bahrain
